Our Personal Story
We are Selina Dhanda and Jasmeen Kaur, the founders of Tranquil Point. We both graduated with degrees in psychology and share a genuine passion for helping people feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in themselves. After completing our psychology degrees, we went on to undertake further training in NLP, which strengthened our ability to support positive mindset shifts, confidence building, stress management, and personal growth.
Through our volunteering experiences, we saw how powerful the right support can be in helping people feel heard, valued, and more hopeful about their future. These experiences strengthened our passion for helping others and inspired us to create Tranquil Point — a compassionate, practical, and empowering space where we can support people to gain clarity, build confidence, and begin making positive changes in their lives.
